Strategic Direction
The Arrowhead Project's Action Plan outlines the steps we will take to reach Brazil’s unreached tribal populations. Our strategy is built on long-term community engagement, sustainable development, and spiritually-grounded partnerships.
2025 Objectives
- Establish 5 new church-school compounds in tribal regions
- Launch mobile medical units serving remote villages
- Train 30 indigenous leaders in theology and education
- Develop self-sustaining food and clean water programs
Execution Timeline
Our teams are executing a phased approach from 2024 through 2026, prioritizing infrastructure first, then education and leadership development. We invite our partners to journey with us, supporting these milestones through prayer, giving, and volunteerism.
Phased Approach
The Arrowhead Project has laid out a phased, strategic action plan to expand ministry reach and deepen impact. Our vision moves from immediate aid to long-term sustainability.
- Phase 1: Expand the leadership and volunteer network across key Amazon regions.
- Phase 2: Build and launch permanent community centers for worship and education.
- Phase 3: Establish a network of trained tribal leaders equipped for evangelism and community care.
- Phase 4: Sustain all work with local ownership and international support partnerships.
